Sales and delivery In the following you will find useful information on using online booking. You can read about how we process your information, how to receive a receipt for a purchase and much more. Payment All prices in Nyborg Strandcamping online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and ready in that situation. Prices quoted in Euros are indicative. Payment is made using one of the accepted payment cards / credit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard. Information about trading on the Internet You can safely shop online through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. Change of booking To change Booking, please contact the Camping Site. Shipping and delivery When booking and paying for a cabin, a room, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan or motorhome, you will be presented with a Booking confirmation / contract from Nyborg Strandcamping, in which the accounts for your purchase appear. The contract can be printed out from the website after the booking has been completed, and will also be sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Nyborg Strandcamping on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract. The ordered product can not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash. Right of withdrawal and refund You have the option to cancel your booking on the following terms, valid per. unit / cabin: Camping: If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full package price will be reimbursed, however, DKK 300.00 will be deducted from the cancellation fee. If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded. however, not the cancellation fee of DKK 300.00 If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be given. Cabins and rooms: If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be reimbursed, however, DKK 500.00 will be deducted from the cancellation fee per. cabin / room. If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded. however, not the cancellation fee of DKK 500.00 If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be given. If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others. If you have moved your booking, it is no longer possible to get a refund, but only to move the booking further, within the same year. Registration of information Nyborg Strandcamping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not passed on, but Nyborg Strandcamping retains the registration for 5 years. Nyborg Strandcamping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create security about the information you provide on the site. When paying by credit card, the registration is done via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet. Nyborg Strandcamping reserves the right to make price errors in online booking, so it is always the prices stated on the website that apply. Complaint processing If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, then you can write to the address or telephone number below. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by regular review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with the Purchase Act ยง83, paragraph. 1, unless otherwise agreed. When Nyborg Strandcamping receives your complaint about an item, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Nyborg Strandcamping will decide whether the received item should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
